A Network Marketing Blog Will Completely Explode Your Business Into Another Planet
A blog is an online journal or diary. The purpose of your blog is to express yourself as a Network Marketer. It gives people the chance to meet you without picking up the phone. Let’s face it, in this day and age who has time to just pick up the phone and call people?
It gives others the chance to decide if they feel that there is a personality connection. If there is, then people will opt into what you have to offer and start following you and reading your material that you place your blog. Then, what happens is that people begin trusting what you have to say. Some will even be ready to join YOU in whatever business you are in!
From my personal experience, if I have read a couple articles on a person’s blog and I chat with them on the phone, I feel like I already know them and there is no “breaking the ice” or awkward feelings that you may feel chatting on the phone for the first time.
On the contrary, if I visit a blog and all I see are ads everywhere, I will run away as fast as I can because I know that all the person wants from me is a sale and my money.
You see you want to give value and educate. No one likes to be sold. For me personally, if I visit a blog and all I see is “join my business” or “my business is the best”…I say, “No way!” Why would I join their business, all they want is my money. But, if I visited a blog that teaches people how to become a better Network Marketer, that would give me the feeling of, “Wow, now there is an upline that cares about their downline and will train them the right way.”
So how does this tie into Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace? Instead of having your company replicated website as your URL on your profile pages, that only masks you and people have no idea who you are. If you had the URL of your blog, people get to know YOU! If you attract similar minds, then THEY WILL CALL YOU! So, in other words, you don’t need to call leads anymore, they will be contacting you, some already ready to join you in your business without even knowing what you business is because they get the feeling that they will succeed under your mentorship. Isn’t that a Network Marketers dream?
Let’s be honest, I feel like I am likable person, but I also know that some people will look at my blog and say, “I don’t like her at all!” That’s fine, you know why? Because I didn’t waste anytime calling that person on the phone and I am spared the rejection feeling that we sometimes get on the phone.
