I am here to tell you that ,Yes, this happens daily with the top industry earners and this is the secret to surviving when starting out in network marketing. It is called attraction marketing. You attract people by offering them what they want and need. When people start out in network marketing, they barely have enough money to start their business and they certainly don’t have much money to use for advertising. 95% of marketers out there need training on how to recruit like wildfire automatically without it costing much money and unfortunately, their upline or company doesn’t teach this type of training.
 
When people start their business, they are so excited and are dreaming of firing their boss, but the problem comes when they actually sit in front of their computer to work and they don’t know what to do. They get discouraged because they try some things that their upline told them to do, it doesn’t work and they get discouraged and finally, they give up and quit. This is where you come in. A lot of us get involved in this industry for the money, but I think that we all would like to help others succeed. I mean what kind of personal satisfaction would you have knowing that you were responsible for a teammate realizing their income goal?
 
You can be this person. You are going to be the one giving this training. I know what you are saying. What am I going to train them on when I don’t even know how to do this. Don’t worry about this now, this is actually the easy part.
 
So, it is simple, you are going to attract other marketers by offering free training every week. Yes, I said free training. Why free? Well, this builds your trust with them and it shows that you are truly here to help them succeed and not just after their money. So, you build your lead list which is comprised of other network marketers, who are already sold on network marketing anyway! Aren’t these the best kind of leads to have? Cold calling and buying leads are a thing of the past.
 
OK, so now that we are generating leads using little money. After awhile, you will expose your business opportunity to them, again specifics will be discussed later. Some may join your business, but let’s be honest, most of them won’t.
 
So, how do you get paid by generating leads? Well, it is called the funded proposal. You see when people attend your free trainings, there may be affiliate products offered. When people buy the affiliate products, you would receive a commission. This is the key to surviving in network marketing and not running out of money prematurely. This money can either fund your monthly autoship or go towards you advertising, or if you make enough, it would pay for your car payment.
