Being able to see someone and listen to their voice, is more personal then reading text on a page. If you are promoting a network marketing business, this is a great way for the prospects to get to know you without having to pick up the phone. And the really cool thing is that when you do finally chat on the phone, the prospects already feels like they know you!

Create curiosity and a catchy title – You want to make the viewer want to see the video.

Always brand your video – People are very quick to borrow your video, and use it as their own, so make sure it contains your website address for the duration of the video. This way, if people steal it. You have free advertising!

You can not use the same exact video twice. Youtube will not allow it. You can use the same video if you make slight modifications…like removing a slide or adding a slide. It is worth making those modifications, if you have more than 1 keyword that fits with your video.

For Example: If you have a video about generating leads online, you can make slight modifications and make 3 videos and use the following 3 keywords: Home based business leads, Free mlm leads, Generating leads online

Do Keyword Research – No point in spending the time to make a video if no one can find it.

Keywords – Use the keyword in your title, description, and tags sections.

URL – If you are promoting a website, make sure it is the first thing listed in the description. This will make it easier for people to click on the link instead of people having to copy the URL and paste it into another browser. Don’t forget the http:// before the www – this will make your URL a hyperlink.

You tube only let’s you create videos under 10 minutes. If you have a video over 10 minutes, you can use viddler.com

Your video does not have to be perfect! Content and how you communicate is the most important part, not your production!
