Popular MLM Company Closes its MLM Side! How To Easily Rebuild, If This Happens To You!
Wow….I just learned that IlearningGlobal closed its MLM side of the business! No more receiving checks of any kind. Residual income – gone!
For those of you that don’t know, IlearningGlobal is a personal growth company. Brian Tracy co-founded the company in 2008. The company had a huge retention rate and an awesome compensation plan, but that didn’t stop them from closing the network marketing side of the company.
If you are in ILG, I am so sorry to hear this news. I was in a similar situation a couple years ago. I had a solid 4 figure monthly income and the company completely closed. This happened to me a couple months after I quit my full time job too! Not good timing.
But, there is good news. Because some members of ILG used attraction marketing to build their business, it will be easy for them to rebuild another business. For those of you that don’t know what attraction marketing is, it is when you promote yourself, by giving away valuable content and helping others build their success without asking for anything in return.
People become attracted to those that offer assistance. They start to follow those people and some eventually will join them in their business.
We all have different marketing strategies. Some folks in ILG were using article marketing. When we create articles, we direct the reader to a website. Can you imagine all of the articles that were created that point to an ILG website? They would all point to invalid sites! All of that work, wasted! Now, if we had those articles point to our blog, since we have control of our blog, those links would never be invalid. So, if you create articles, make sure they point to a website that you have control of, so in the event that your company disappears, you could still monitize off of those articles that you had created in the past.
You need to become a leader. So, if this happens to you, people will follow you where ever you decide to go next. The long term process of building a business has to be built on the principle that your business can survive, even if your company doesn’t. A company close can happen to any of us at anytime, so we all need to be prepared and be trained on what we need to do to survive if it does.

How true Kim… people need to find a stable company especially in this economic time… and as an article writer they can actually go in and edit the article with a new link… but still have the issue of those that got out in the internet in other ways. I always direct to my name… cause that will never change.
