If you take notice on the home page of the AdzZoo website, there is a badge that stated that the company is a Certified Partner With Google. What this means is that the company must have spent at least $10,000 over 90 days in adwords and that they must have at least 1 individually qualified employee. To be an individual employee of Google you must have passed 3 exams that Google gives you as well as comply with Google’s Terms and Conditions.

AdzZoo uses the mlm business model to sell their services. The compensation plan was not found on the corporate website, but after doing some research, I was able to find a document that outlines the comp plan in detail. The company offers a way to get paid today as well as the opportunity to build a residual income. There are 5 ways to get paid. A Fast Start Bonus is paid for the sale of new Campaign Director Ad Packages. For every Campaign Director that you enroll, you will receive $50. Campaign Directors can earn income from personal ad campaign sales to retail clients. New Ad Campaign Sales will pay a fixed percentage of the Sales Volume based on each Campaign Director’s Rank ranging from 25% – 42%. You can also receive overrides on Ad Campaign Sales, Ad renewals from retail clients, and Bonus pools.

Whether you decide to get involved in this company or another mlm company, it is vital that you have an easy system in place for you to build a team and your team to duplicate. Without this, your team will not grow. What happens too often is that new reps in mlm companies, do not put their time and effort into marketing training and this is vital to ensure your success. Unless you have a marketing degree, then you need training. Marketing that works 5 years ago does not work now and with everything else, you need to find what works and what is it that you need to do to find new reps for your team.
