I was a customer for 2 years with ambit, I called to transfer my light gave the address and the person who took my call put in as canceled. Than ambit wanted me to pay another deposit and more than what I paid 2 year’s ago, not to meantion that I had owed 34 dollers left on bill which is fine but then after the account was missed canceled they told me my refund is coming what is left of my bill, I ask what bill I never got one. DO NOT USE AMBIT THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
