This eliminates the need to have a middle man and this also eliminates the need for the company to advertise because the advertising is up to each individual sales rep. A huge advantage of direct selling is the flexibility it offers. Each sales rep determines when they work and how much they work. They can work enough to pay a couple of bills or they can work their way to a 6-figure income. Currently, there are 5 million Avons reps from all over the world. The cost to get started in Avon is equivalent to the price of lipstick!
