These are some mlm tips that have helped me to generate leads, build an online presence, and sponsor people in my business.
1). Share Your Success Stories
People love to hear success stories and no matter how small you think they are, they are big to someone else, so share them! Have you discovered a way to generate 10 leads for day for free? Are you sponsoring 2 people per week from Facebook? This will help build your brand online and have people get to know you without you having to call people one by one. This builds trust and when people trust you, they will buy from you!
2). Share What You Know
Have you ever been on a training call and you have one of those Ah-ah moments that something you heard really sunk in? Well, write about it! Chances are you will share information that people need to hear to help them create their success.
3). Host Your Own Webinars
Why? Because you want to stand out from everyone else and not many people are hosting webinars. What I typically do is a 30 minute training followed by a Q and A. I’ll answer any questions whether people are on my personal team or not.
4). Join A Supportive Team
You have to have a supportive team, not just one person. I have the phone numbers of the top earners and recruiters in the company. I can call them if I need anything. We also have a team chat that is available 24/7. Have a question at 2AM? Ask a question on the team chat and if someone is awake then, which often times they are, then ask away!
5). Partner Up With Another Team Member
I actually partnered up with 2 people. We started hosting our own webinars about a year ago to help build our internet presence and confidence. We motivated each other and learned from each other. I recently just created my very own internet marketing product with one of my partners to teach people how to generate leads for their business.
6). Be Consistent
Figure out what your marketing plan is and stick with it. Do it every single day. You may not see results on day one, but the key is to keep doing it. It took me a month before I started generating 5 leads consistently everyday, then it went to 12. The more work, the more leads I am going to generate. I will not stop until I hit 100 leads per day. It is so nice knowing that in a couple months, I will be generating 100 free leads everyday for my business the only thing I need to do is stay consistent and keep doing what I have already mastered.
7). A Duplicatable System
Internet marketing is great, but can take awhile to generate leads and get signups, so your team must have a simple system for everyone to follow whether it is 80 year old grandmother a high school student. Nice article. As you say, without people to talk or communicate with daily, you can’t really sponsor anyone. This is an easy business that takes hard work – but too many people try to take it easy and make the business hard!

Most MLM opportunities have systems that are suppose to be easily duplicated. The problem is the companies training usually doesn’t work at all. It’s important to learn new techniques and strategies all the time and share what works for you with your entire downline. Even put together a training guide with all your proven tricks and give it to all your new team members. Love the post keep up the good work Kim!
