Me
The last company I was with, I was with them for about 18 months. About a year ago I woke up one day and I thought to myself, I can not see myself being successful with this company that I am currently in. That got me down….real down and it got me really scared.
Was it that old company was a scam? No!
Was it that the leaders in the company weren’t supportive? No!
Was it that people weren’t making money? No!
The issue was me. It was just a feeling I had. A confidence thing I guess. It wasn’t the company. It wasn’t the product, it was me. I almost didn’t want to sponsor people because I didn’t want them to struggle like I had.
You see the problem was when I was talking to prospects, I didn’t show excitement, I didn’t show confidence, what I learned was that I displayed fear and desperation.

and I can’t sponsor anyone in my business…what do you think that did to my confidence? Vicious circle. Don’t get me wrong, I did sponsor people, but certainly not at the rate that I wanted to.
So, I decided to take a step back and really think about my future and I finally admitted to myself that I needed to make a change. I felt so loyal to my previous company, I didn’t want to leave, but at the same time, I had to look out for me and figure out what would be best for myself and my future.
So, I started to do some researching and I really fell in love with the company that I recently joined. I was excited. I was pumped. And when I talked to my prospects, it showed.
And for that I was able to sponsor 6 people in 6 days.

Well, I believed in the product.
I believed in the mentorship and support that the team offers
I knew that the people that I sponsored would succeed because we have all of the training in place for them to succeed without taking 12 months to learn like I had. We have training in place for new reps to earn their BMW bonus in 30 days.
THAT excited me! THAT is why I am pumped.

Bottom line…If you want to succeed, you must have training and support. You must have easy training that people can plug into on day one and realize success. If you don’t, you will fail OR you will have to be left to figure it out on your own and that could take years. Do you want to spend YEARS trying to succeed in your network marketing business? Kim, I can definitely relate to what you said, that sponsoring people in my current business is hard, and I’m finding that to be true. Also my primary doesn’t provide online tools to sponsor new reps. I’m supposed to give the business presentation over the phone or in person…and that can be tedious, especially when you worked hard… and they say no at the end. I am thinking about switching companies, but right now I’m gonna focus on my blog and getting more knowledge so that I can offer value to people. Thanks for your support.
